Elizabeth shattered the glass ceiling in the military as an Army Black Hawk Pilot, then in her corporate career as a global contract negotiator. And now she continues to rain glass as an in demand International Motivational Speaker and CEO of Soar 2 Success International.
As a decorated U.S. Army Black Hawk Helicopter Pilot, Elizabeth flew missions such as Air Assault/Rappelling, Command & Control, VIP, and Military intelligence. She supported United Nations peacekeeping operations in Kosovo, receiving the Meritorious Service Medal for her excellence in service, and in 2011 Elizabeth was awarded the Congressional Veteran Commendation.
Elizabeth is a founding member of the John Maxwell Team of speakers, coaches and trainers, and a dynamic energizing entertainer. She inspires audiences with her experiences from her years as a pilot and turns those stories into actionable lessons.

Pam is a speaker coach and trainer, a published author, writer, editor, and public speaker with over 20 years of marketing, sales and public relations experience. Pam received accreditation in PR and was in Toastmasters for five years, achieving Competent Toastmasters Status. She is a master at networking and provided marketing services for accounting firms for 15 years before becoming the Executive Director and President of the Galleria Chamber of Commerce in Houston. Subsequently, she began a sales and marketing career in the technology industry, selling data, telecom and IT consulting for about 14 years including for TW Telecom and Time Warner Cable.
Pam loves helping people to connect whether it's connecting in business or connecting with an audience. She is always actively involved in her community and has been an officer with Powerful Women International since 2007, is President of the Board of the American Organ Transplant Association and most recently became a member of the Advisory Board for Small Business Today magazine in which she regularly writes a column on communications.
